How to Measure

Place a tee or sweatshirt on a flat surface. Measure under the arms of the sleeve straight across the fullest part of the chest.

It can take roughly 1-5 business days to pack and ship your order. As a small business, we try to work as fast as possible to get your new favorite style in your hands, but we also want to make sure it's absolutely perfect. Feel free to check in with any questions.

Over $75 - USPS domestic shipping is free.

Canada and International: Shipping cost is calculated by weight by country.

International Shipping (Possible Customs Fees)

Shipping Internationally can often have an additional expense for the shopper/buyer. The shop follows the standard customs practice in which all items received internationally and related customs fees are at the expense of the shopper/buyer.

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package.  Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

By placing an order with Totally Good Time, you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping back to Totally Good Time. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.
