Orders can take roughly two weeks to get in your hands - from start to finish. Everything is made-to-order and made one by one from my shop in Brooklyn.

You will receive a shipping notification email with tracking information as soon as your order is being prepared to be shipped (usually within 2-5 business days) and you can track your package via USPS. If your order says "shipping label created" with no further info, please be patient as it's being delivered to the USPS or the USPS has yet to scan it in.

We cannot change/alter your shipping address once your order has been shipped.

Domestic orders under $100 have a flat rate shipping cost.

How Your Items Are Prepared and Shipped

The shop processes orders Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to 2-5 business days to process your order. 

International Shoppers (Possible Customs Fees)

Shipping Internationally can often have an additional expense for the shopper/buyer. The shop follows the standard customs practice in which all items received internationally and related customs fees are at the expense of the shopper/buyer.

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package.  Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

By placing an order with Totally Good Time, you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping back to Totally Good Time. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.

Lost Packages

We are not held responsible for lost packages. If the package is notated with "delivered" under tracking, then every effort must be made on the shoppers end to locate the package. I will not send another item if your item is notated with "delivered." Recommended options are speaking with your local postal carrier and/or visiting your local postal office and asking if there is a package waiting for you and a slip was omitted. Also look around your doorway and ask family or house members face-to-face. 

If your order does not find it's way to you via the USPS (aka stuck in tracking limbo), you will not be charged for re-delivery. We cannot re-deliver until the item has come back to the shop. I want you to have your item and to love your item more than anything. Every blue moon, a postal issue occurs. Once the parcel comes back to the shop, I will notify you and reship with an alternative method or carrier. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Unclaimed Packages

When packages are sent back to the shop and marked as unclaimed the shop will re-send the package once postage has been paid by the recipient.

Package Not Moving From Tracking

Are you checking your tracking and the package isn't moving? Are you an International customer and it has been several weeks and still not moving from Los Angeles or elsewhere? This extremely rare (and unfortunate occurrence) happens every blue moon. Typically, the package isn't updating and then will suddenly spring into action and be at your doorstep. Unless the package comes back to the shop, we have to wait. Thanks for your patience.

When will my garment ship?

It takes roughly two weeks from start to finish from the time you place your order to the time it's in your hands. I try to process, create and ship your new favorite piece within 2-5 business days of your purchase date. Need it sooner, email me or leave a note within the order.

I received my shipping notification, but I'm heading out of town and need to change it, okay?

Sorry, Charlie! We can't change shipping address once you receive that notification. You'll have to work that out with your postal mail carrier or friendly neighbor.

I found an item of yours online that I no longer see in the shop - can I still get it?

Yup! Just email me at and let me know and I can make that happen.

How do the shirts fit?

All items, unless noted, are unisex/mens. Often, I recommend women size one size down. The sweatshirts do run a little big (but super cozy!).

Can I get a different color garment?

Yes. Email me or leave it in the notes section at checkout.

Can I get a custom order?

Unfortunately I no longer do custom orders. Unless you ask really nice and send me a funny gif that makes me laugh like super hard.

I'm sending this as a gift, will there be a receipt/invoice within the package?

There is no physical paper receipts or invoices within the package. Every purchase receives an email notification and if a paper receipt/invoice is needed, please let me know.

Can I get my item gift wrapped?

At this time, we are not doing any gift wrapping. However, we can include a gift note! see next question.

Can I include a note within the gift?

Yes. Leave your note in the notes section at checkout or email me to follow up.

I don't see a color or style from the options listed that I want for my top. What do I do?

Let me know and I will add it in asap.

More Info. tl:dr

The Graphic: I use a high quality die-cut vinyl with an industrial heat press. Vinyl outlasts most other materials, whether it be washing, drying or just constant use. These are not things you can buy in stores. They are made for high quality work that will last and for high quality use so you can get crazy. I cut letters, numbers and designs for your garments and use a heat sublimation process to apply them to your garment. Vinyl transfers utilizes vector based graphics to plot out lines which are then “weeded” out to produce a ready press design to go onto a garment. Then, you rock your new fave top for years to come.


Exchange or store credit only on unworn and unwashed (no cat hair or perfume) t-shirts, tank tops and pullover sweatshirts within 14 days of sale. If you need an exchange, the cost of shipping back to my shop and then back to you will come at your expense. You will be invoiced via PayPal for the shipping back to you. Once paid, your new exchanged item will ship back to you.
