We're happy to have you! By becoming a stockist of our garments, you are agreeing to the following conditions:

Terms of Sale:

1) All orders are paid up front with a minimum order of 50 pieces.
2) You agree to have a wholesale account.
3) Return orders pay their own shipping and there is a restocking fee of 10%.
4) Returned checks & declined cc’s are subject to a $20 fee.

Wholesale Discount Prices

Totally Good Time offers wholesale discounted prices to customers that will be reselling our products to the consumer through an established retail store or web site and who have completed the wholesale application form and been approved by Totally Good Time. Current prices and MSRP are available through our online ordering system. Please contact us at hello@totallygoodtime.com for log-in information.

Minimum Order

Totally Good Time wholesale minimum is 50 pieces per order.

Product Samples

We are not able to supply product samples free of charge.

Lead Time

Goods typically ship within 7-10 business days of placing your order.


All domestic orders ship via USPS – please provide a physical ship-to address. We are unable to use our customer’s personal shipping accounts to fulfill shipment. International orders ship via USPS and you will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied by your country your order is being shipped to. We are not liable for these charges, and they unfortunately cannot be reimbursed or refunded by Totally Good Time.

Shipping costs are determined at the time of shipping and these costs are passed on to you the customer. An invoice with shipping charges will be emailed to you a short time after the order has been shipped.

Please note that you are responsible for accurately listing your shipping information and updating any changes that may occur over the lifetime of your account. Any shipments returned to Totally Good Time due to an incorrect address will be re-shipped but the customer is responsible for additional secondary shipping charges.

Shipping Errors/Damaged Goods

You must notify Totally Good Time of any shipping error or goods damaged in transit within 7 days of receipt of shipment with photos. We will then either issue a credit or send a replacement product at no charge.


Totally Good Time does not offer exclusivity in any one geographical area. However, we strive to coordinate a non-competitive environment among our customers by selling to customers that are a reasonable distance from each other, or offer a different product mix, or a different shopping experience.

Web Commerce

No products or goods purchased from or produced by Totally Good Time shall be resold by or through any on-line auction or online store – such as Ebay, Amazon, Etsy, or other similar sites – without the express, written authority of Totally Good Time. If the wholesale account is planning to sell Totally Good Time in an online store/marketplace, it must be owned by the entity applying for a wholesale account and listed on the wholesale application to be approved by Totally Good Time. You are only authorized to sell through the retail store listed on your initial application. Secondary stores must receive prior approval.

Totally Good Time reserves the right at our sole discretion to give a warning for failure to comply with our web commerce guidelines and/or cease providing you with any of our products and end our trading relationship with you.

Privacy Policy

Any personal information that your provide to Totally Good Time including; name, address, telephone number, and email address will be treated confidentially and will not be released, sold, or rented to any entities or individuals.
