Exchange and Return Policy
What is your exchange and return policy?
First, it will all be okay.
Each item is made-to-order just for you. Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, exchange only on unworn and unwashed (please, no dog hair, no cat hair) tees, tanks, sweatshirts and hoodies within 14 days of sale.
If an exchange is needed, the cost of shipping back to the shop and then back to you will come at the shoppers expense. I provide the lowest possible shipping rate and guide you the process to make it easy and simple for the exchange. You will be invoiced via PayPal for the shipping back to you. Once paid, your new exchanged item will ship back to you.
With each item made-to-order, there are very seldom cases in which a return will be granted. However, I am more than happy to provide an exchange or store credit. There are no returns for change of mind, gifting gone wrong or other related issues. Every effort will be made to ensure your item is exchanged for what you need. Your happiness is important to me. :)
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: custom garments, personalized items and any item marked "Final Sale" including sale items.
