What is your exchange policy?\r\nFirst, it will all be okay. \r\nExchange only on unworn and unwashed (please, no dog hair, no cat hair) tees, tanks, sweatshirts and hoodies within 14 days of sale. Each item is made-to-order just for you, by hand, so there are no returns. I am more than happy to exchange for what you need. \r\nIf an exchange is needed, the cost of shipping back to the shop comes at the shoppers expense. I will guide you to make it easy and simple for the exchange. Once your item is received back at the shop, I will contact you and your new exchanged item will ship back to you.\r\nThere are no returns for change of mind, gifting gone wrong or other related issues.
