What is your policy on exchanges and returns?
All orders placed are made one by one, so exchange only is offered. Exchange within 14 days of your order being received. All items must be brand new, unworn, unwashed, tags still on, and in original condition.
Okay, how do I do this?
You can now mail back the item you want exchanged and you do not have to wait for an email reply from the shop. Fill out the bottom of the form on the packing slip you received in your order. Fold your item(s) back up. Reuse your poly mailer bag your order arrived in (if possible), place that filled out packing slip inside alongside your item(s) you want exchanged, and seal back up. Mail via USPS. Email the shop using this form letting me know your name and order #XXXX is coming back my way. Once your item(s) are back at the shop you will receive a confirmation and your new one going out.
What else do I need to know?
When shipping back to the TGT Studio, please use USPS. Please do not ship back to the shop using UPS/FedEx.
Unauthorized exchanges will be refused. Exchanges that do not meet the above conditions will be refused.
By placing an order at Totally Good Time, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Totally Good Time.
In the extremely rare case of an order discrepancy: Any order discrepancies must be reported within seven days from the delivered date on your tracking. This includes missing pieces or anything wrong with your order or garment. This is my policy and by placing an order you are accepting this policy.
